Excellent value and great staff ️
The warm welcome , the cleanliness, the comfortable bedroom everything you need is in there, comfy beds, nice linen a large TV , kettle hairdryer etc. really good breakfast with quality food and smiling helpful staff. The price was very good and well worth it . It's very close to the station and empire theatre.

Location to city centre, literally yards from the railway station. Also price inc breakfast !

What was the highlight of The Liner at Liverpool
Our stay at the Liner
The location is great and just a short walk to the shops. Breakfast was good, various choices and staff were friendly and attentive at breakfast. The hotel is designed well and although we didn’t go the restaurant/ bar it looked good and was busy!
When we walked into our room there was a weird bad smell, we thought it was just due to the window being open. Upon returning later on that day, with the window closed the smell was still there and it seemed to be coming from the mattress. We alerted reception who moved us to the room next door. We went to our new room and the bed was a lot comfier but the sink plug didn’t work (we tried everything) so the sink was just filled with water. Again, we alerted reception, they didn’t seem too concerned but it was just disappointing that we’d had to move rooms and there was still an issue with the other room.

Great staff,nice hotel and I know it's a "ship based" theme but decor is a bit dated.
